A sprint project that was aimed at increasing pet adoption through refining the search process. Research was provided for this project. I synthesized the data, categorized persona obstacles and opportunities. I designed a solution to attend to major obstacles and tested the paper prototype with users that had recently gone through a pet adoption process.
Impact
Created a flow that took prospective pet owners through a questionnaire. This questionnaire was perceived a more personalized experience. The prospects also remarked that the search results felt more simplified because it only displayed information they wanted to see.
